How to book an appointment

You can book an appointment in a number of ways either by:

•Telephoning the surgery on 01460 52354.

•Online via Patient Access

•Or calling at the surgery during opening hours.

If you cannot keep or no longer need an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so that it may be released for another patient.

We offer 10 – 15 minute appointments. Please tell the receptionist if you think you need longer as we can then book extra time for you.

You can request an appointment with a Doctor of the same sex for a one off consultation. However we must point out that the appointment will be for the one problem you wish to see the Doctor for, any other concerns must be discussed with your usual GP

Book an urgent appointment

If your request is an urgent matter for the day please call our reception before 1:00pm, (any calls received after this time may not be dealt with that day). The receptionist will ask you for a brief description and will ask you some questions about your problem. This is at the doctors request and will ensure that your problem is directed to the most appropriate practitioner. This may be a doctor, or another member of the healthcare team.
