The ability to access healthcare at your convenience is increasingly important.  That’s why we encourage our patients to use a range of online services.

NHS App  

Download the NHS App, or open the NHS website in a web browser, to set up and log in to your NHS account. Owned and run by the NHS, your NHS account is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services online.

Patient Access

Patient Access connects you to local health services when you need them most. Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and discover local health services for you or your family via your mobile or home computer.  Register on the website to create your Patient Access account, however not all services are available until you link your account to the surgery and we verify your identity.

Online Consult

Online consultations mean that you can tell your practice why you need help at a time that suits you, without the phone queue.  Use the online form to describe your health issue and we will get back to you within 2 working days.   A great way to get help with non-urgent issues.

You can also use our online forms to let us know your blood pressure, your smoking status or you can  complete the on-line alcohol questionnaire.

If you have a review due for your Asthma or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), you may be asked to complete our online Asthma Control Assessment Test or the COPD Assessment Test prior to your appointment.
