Making a complaint

The team at Summervale Surgery are committed to providing a quality service to all our patients.  

However, if you feel dissatisfied with the service you have received, please let us know as soon as possible by speaking to the Practice Manager, Donna Noyce (via Reception on 01460 52354).   The Practice Manager will endeavor to help resolve issues as they arise.

Can I get help to make my complaint?

If you feel you would like help to make your complaint support is available.

An NHS Complaints Advocate is independent of the NHS and may help you write a letter, attend a meeting with you or explain the options available to you.  This service is free to anyone making a complaint about their NHS treatment or care.
