Tests & Results

You may telephone the surgery on weekdays after 2.30pm (when the phone-lines are less busy). Reception staff can confirm if a result has been received and can only give results if a doctor has left instruction to do so. Patients are requested to follow the Doctors advice when the request for the test is given, for example this may be to see the doctor when the next routine appointment is due and to only attend in between times if the doctor has sent a request to do so.

Please note that the Practice operates a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the patient to whom they relate, unless that patient has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
