Flu vaccination clinics

We will be holding flu vaccination clinics at Summervale Surgery on Saturday 24 September, Monday 26 September (evening only) and Saturday 8 October 2022.

We are able to offer a flu vaccine to:

  • those aged 65 years and over
  • those 18 – 65 years of age in clinical risk groups
  • pregnant women
  • carers
  • close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
  • frontline staff employed by the following types of social care providers without employer led occupational health schemes:
      • a registered residential care or nursing home
      • registered domiciliary care provider
      • a voluntary managed hospice provider

Please note:  this coming winter, the NHS will not be offering flu vaccination to  those aged 50 to 64 years who are not in clinical risk groups
