What Is Total Triage?
Total Triage is a system used to assess patients based on their needs and direct them to the most appropriate care.
How it works
To request an appointment with a doctor, nurse practitioner, or other clinician, patients must complete an online consultation form. Appointments can no longer be booked directly by phone. However, the reception team can help complete the form by phone or at the desk for those without internet or smartphone access.
The online consultation form is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays and staff training closures. It can be completed online or through the NHS App under the Services section.
Please note: Calls about administrative or nursing requests (e.g., blood tests or annual reviews) can be booked directly with reception.
