Patient Survey 2024
The Patient Participation Group is a small group of patients who work with the practice to support how the practice can maintain, improve or enhance the services it offers its patients.
We are running a survey of Summervale Surgery patients from the 4th–29th March 2024.
Please help us by completing a short survey (available in the waiting room) and either place it into the sealed box or post it back to the surgery marked for ‘The PPG’. If you would prefer us to email you the survey, please just let Reception know.
All responses to the survey are anonymous. Thank you!
